Set up a store in minutes

Most people considering setting up affiliate links would look to buy.at and the more established affilate companies like Tradedoubler and Webgains.

However, my brother sent me an interesting link the other day and I think it must be the quickest, simplest affilate store I’ve ever seen.

This new website is called http://www.ei42.com/ and it works on a referral only basis … so if you go to the homepage directly, it won’t let you sign up, you have to sign up from an existing site or a link with a referrer’s unique code embedded so they can take their commission.

Once I’d worked out that I need my brother’s code to register, I was literally signed up and had it live on my website at webcumbria.co.uk (see ‘e-commerce store’ on navigation) within 5 minutes.

You do the usual thing with a username and password, enter your Paypal email address so that you can get your commission sent directly, select a template from a choice of 10 and once the confirmation email has been received, you’re sent the link to your store:

There’s no ‘stocking’ to be done, no endless signing up procedures, you’re straight in there.

I can imagine that this will be really popular among people who are fairly new to e-commerce, and it’s a brilliant thing for schools and community groups to sign up to.

My brother reports one person who can’t get enough of passing his shop link around and is in a high state of excitement about this website.
