I’ve been discovering interesting things in the Sunday papers once again and this time it’s a pile of money-making tips on the web, many of which are new to me.
This article from Times Online lists lots of ways to make money safely and legally and there are many in there that I wasn’t aware of.
Everybody knows about Amazon Shops and Google Adsense, but there are a few in here which I reckon many people – me included – won’t have thought about.

elance.com … pitch your skills, get the gig and get paid for it. There’s a wide range of jobs on offer and some people on this website have been earning thousands of pounds. How do I know? Each business gets feedback ratings and public earnings statements.
mturk.com … this is actually Amazon, outsourcing some of the more tedious tasks involved with the business. You make money by working on HITs … ‘Human Intelligence Tasks’, that is tasks that computers can’t do … yet.
about.com … use your expertise to write online guides on all sorts of topics. You must post regular articles … and you get paid for it. There’s a very wide range of subjects available, it’s well worth a look to see if your expert area is in there.

What better way to earn cash than via your hobbies and interests?
